Award winning film on Dr. Rick Hodes

National film maker Susan Cohn-Rockefeller recently completed a documentary of Dr. Rick Hodes’ work with spine patients in Ethiopia.  The film has been accepted in the Cleveland, Telluride and Newport Beach film fesitvals.   It has recently been purchased by HBO.  Please see  www.makingthecrookedstraight.org/ for more information.  Dr. Hodes was awarded $5000 from the Telluride Film Festival as one of the nonprofits the Telluride community wanted to help.  The money will go towards a spine surgery for a child.  The Ethiopian Family Fund will give $2500 on top of this award to help pay for the surgery.
